I've been coming here for 2 years now, the staff is excellent and so is the space. The employees are super nice and they have worked with me on a few matters. The space is awesome, there's many great things like indoor pool, woman's gym, sauna, classes, training, and the equipment is great. Awesome hours too.

Check out there score on better business bureau... F all because they continue to charge you after you cancel your membership. Gym is not maintained and is falling apart and dirty. Canceled because it finally got so bad I could not use most of the amenities because of the lack of cleaning. Bucket in floor to catch water dripping from ceiling. Once you cancel you are not there concern nor do they care, why well because they will continue billing your cc and would rather burn all bridges to get that extra 20, that is more important to them than the potential to have you come back. I am now with written proof my membership is canceled still 2 months later still getting charged on my cc and the manager said there is nothing they can do.

The equipment is not really good, some are okay but that gym is not good compared to other golds gyms. They have the worst bars I’ve used in a super long time. I feel like this place is for older people, there’s nothing wrong with that, but the changing rooms are nicer than the gym itself which is very disappointing.

I've been a member of Golds gym for several years and I've had my good days and my not so good days but I will say my good has out done my bad the reason iam giving 5 stars on this review is because iam big on customer care and customer service I want to commend Golds gym on one of their employee her name is Noel I think she works in account services she has done an outstanding job with not only making me feel welcome to Golds but even others just want her to know that words will never express my gratitude to her for going the extra steps to making members feel special and welcome Thank you Noel for being a true leader.

Very good gym. The power lifting area is segregated to the downstairs, and the upstairs has machines and an indoor running track. The pool is a good temperature and never crowded. They also have steam rooms and saunas. The group classes are good, but they have nothing at all on Friday afternoons and evenings. The gym is remarkably uncrowded prior to 530pm and after 730pm.

4 stars because it is a great gym with all the amenities but there has been multiple times my workout was ruined due to the volume of other members trying to use the same equipment. Nice gym but too crowded IMO, 4 stars!

Gym used to be awesome, laid back, and clean. Now not so much. Here are some reasons to never get a membership here. The weights are out of place, out of order, laying all over the floors, and some weights have Chunks missing out. Rules are not being followed or enforced. Creating a hazard and an annoyance. Gym bags shouldn’t be left on the floor yet there are bags everywhere. Some people will leave there bags on a machine while they go across the gym to workout. Not allowing people to use the machine the bags are on. I’m not one for rules, but this just hurts gym etiquette and makes lifting here an annoyance. The movie “cardio” room is pretty cool and a huge selling point of this gym over others. However, they have employees coming in whenever they want to “prep” for boot camp later that night and they kick out whoever is in there. I’ve seen a gentleman address the manager about this but the manager just brushed him off. I have worked out at many gyms while traveling for work and unfortunately I live nearby this one. Out of all the gyms this is by far the worst managed and maintained.
