I was very impressed with this gym. I was visiting on business and came in for a workout. The outside has an impressive presence, even from the main Street. The inside is clean and the staff is professional. You can tell it's a fairly newer facility by the condition of it. The cardio cinema was great and there were plenty of free weights, machines and an area to do abs. They also had basketball, a group workout are, and upstairs cardio area (if you want to get away from the rush) and a football like terf area. For the ladies, they had a separate workout area for privacy, as well. Great spot. Highly recommended.

Big thank you to Josh, Ki, and the gorgeous se'mone for being so helpful towards myself and my crew. My first experience at gold's gym was a dream come true and this staff is the gold standard of how a gym should be ran. Thank you guys and girls so much for the wonderful experience :)

This gym is awful at staffing. Four times in the last three weeks, the gyms reported hours of operation for kids club have been canceled. They continually have excuses as to why they aren’t staffed.....while I continue to pay the additional premium to have kids club added to my membership. They never seem to have management around to speak with and I’ve left my number and emailed 3 different times and no one has returned my messages. If you need the gym to open on time or need reliable childcare for your workouts, do not join this gym. You will consistently pay for services that are not being provided to you and you will not be a priority to management. I will be cancelling my membership entirely.

Totally love Gold's. I'm a septuagenarian who's been a member since 09/2017. I do cardio and resistance machines every other day. I've lost over 30 pounds and I'm so proud of myself I can't stand it. My wife is walking a treadmill 2 miles 3 to 5 times a week and feeling good about it. Equipment is good; staff is friendly and supportive. Locker room is as clean as one can reasonably expect with all the activity. It's not too crowded and there aren't too many narcissists yelling and grunting and dropping the weights from head height to attract attention. I read the critical reviews and I've never experienced any of the things they complain about. I think some people are just into complaining. I highly recommend Gold's - Colonnade. We love it!
Joined in November of 2018. Group class instructor on Wednesday at noon fails to show up repeatedly. It’s happened 5 times including today. Clearly management isn’t concerned about keeping their members happy. Typically you replace the instructor or have someone on hand(Group exercise Manager) to step in. Super disappointed that this has been handled so poorly! Group Ex instructors are excellent! Just need this to be handled!
