I really wanted to like ... and give my business to ... this wheelchair van rental company. Everyone is super friendly and courteous. But I had to call FOUR times. Every time, the woman who takes care of the rentals was working at home and would return my call. The fourth time I called, I received the owner's personal guarantee that she would return my call that same day. That was Tuesday. It is now Wednesday. His personal guarantee came after an excuse about how the woman is struggling with putting her kids in school. (That explanation might excuse the last week, but it most certainly did not excuse the other times over the last four weeks.) I finally just gave up, and I booked with a different company. I understand we all have challenges with the coronavirus, but this woman seriously needs to be fired. How many other people has she not called back? If you are no longer offering rentals, please just tell your patrons. At this point, you really ought to give me a super discount for wasting so much of my time! Edit: She finally called me back (after I posted this review) and told me that she was on maternity leave. Frankly, I don't believe that. If she on maternity leave, someone else would have handled the transaction. And if she has an agreement that she would still handle the rentals even if she was on maternity leave, she should have still called me back. Like I said, it's been FOUR WEEKS and FOUR CALLS. Absolutely unprofessional.

Wonderful service. Quality rental vehicles that are well taken care of and clean! I cannot say enough nice things about the rental manager, Katie. Even in these trying times and while working remotely, she was nothing but kind and accommodating to us. She even provided me with her personal number in case I had any questions or concerns during our rental. We will be back, for sure!
