I purchased a new vehicle from Deacon Jones Kia in October, 2020. The first contact I had was by phone with Senior Sales Consultant Jermaine Dawson to inquire on a vehicle. At that time we set up an appointment for the next morning at 9:30 AM to look at the vehicle. Jermaine was prompt to meet with me, knowledgeable, polite and professional throughout the entire sales experience. In addition to Jermaine, Sales Manager Aaron Arthur was directly involved in the sales transaction. I had the pleasure of speaking directly to Aaron several times throughout the process. Aaron was also knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. It was almost..well...FUN.. playing the purchase game with the both of them. Finishing up the sale was Philip Rhodes in the finance department. Philip was informative on warranty and other protection plans Kia had to offer in addition to warranty. He finished up the transaction professionally and thoroughly, but also in a timely manner. My purchase experience with Deacon Jones Kia was undoubtedly one of the best ever. I believe Jermaine Dawson, Aaron Arthur and Philip Rhodes are all assets to the Deacon Jones Auto Group and would recommend them and Deacon Jones to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.

Deacon Jones Kia has been one of the best experience for me in purchasing a new car. Joe White helped find the perfect Telluride for me. It was a needle in a haystack getting the specific style that I wanted. The best part was they went above and beyond by driving the vehicle to my workplace! The craziest part is I am three hours away! I heard no complaints from Deacon Jones Kia. Everyone I spoke with was polite and there was no pressure. I highly recommend Deacon Jones Kia, but ask for Joe when you go!

Great experience overall. Maurine was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to find my Telluride, all in ONE WEEK'S TIME! They do charge slightly over MSRP for the Telluride, but all local dealers are on that bandwagon. The service rendered was worth the small extra cost. Kudos to the entire team at Deacon Jones Kia for making my first new car purchase so simple!
