Every year for the last 5 years I had to call this business to find out if they received my order from the VA for my Diabetic Shoes. In every case they had the approval but not bothered to call me or e mail or text me. As far as receiving the shoes when they received the shoes they did not contact me. They always had an excuse. \DO YOUR JOB AND IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.\ OR STOP DEALING WITH THE VA.
