I accompanied my nephew during his purchase of a 2012 Mazda. Gerry McAllister was his sales consultant. I just can't say enough about how much Gerry went above and beyond to help with this purchase every step of the way. There was an issue with the vehicle after the purchase that Gerry facilitated resolving. I would recommend anyone to go to Goldstein and ask for Gerry. That's who I will go to when it's time for me to trade in my Nissan Altima. I have had some really horrendous experiences at some other local dealerships - this was by far the best experience I have personally had (vicariously through my nephew). I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of willingness from the head honcho to approve a few free oil changes for the inconvenience my nephew experienced after this purchase that necessitated him having to come back to the dealership to have the issue resolved. He was already very stressed out due to college course assignments etc., and being 24 yrs old he wasn't allowed to be given a loaner while his car was waiting to have the issue resolved. He had saved his and paid for the car in cash, so this put a damper on the excitement he should have felt over buying the car. This was not Gerry's fault. He is a great sales consultant and I highly recommend him!

I came in to get an inspection done and the process was seamless. Matthew and Joe helped me out and not only were they inviting but also gave me the best price to pass inspection. A video was sent to me showing the problems with my car, which was a welcoming new experience - and also very helpful. Also very happy with the complimentary car wash. I will be coming back here to take care of any future problems, or just routine maintenance. Thanks again!

I had a great experience. I called told them what was going on with my vehicle. I was given an appointment right away. They looked at my vehicle, found the cause and fixed it. It did not cost me an arm and a leg. Very polite and patient. I will see them again if I have any other issues with my vehicle.
