Review is for Ski side of G&S. When my local shop closed I needed a new ski tuner. I dropped off 6 pair of skis - two for base work and all for fresh wax and edges. I was charged upfront for the tune and was told to settle up for base work after they were done - (he could not assess a cost at that time). Fine. At pick up the Wax and edges were ok but none of the base work had been done. Unapologetic employee informed me I could leave them another week and pay to have them redone. No thank you -
