Physical therapist Mike Palermo incorrectly documented my medical record after I was assaulted. When I contacted them to correct it , I was told they can’t do that or he could lose his license. So My assailant Vincent Giancola should go free and not be held accountable because of Mike Palermo’s errors ?!!!!!!!!! I filled out a request to amend the record and was sent a denial letter stating that it is correct. Strangers know my health record and body better than I do ?!!!! I am now getting the board of medicine , the law and all of my state representatives involved as well as the news stations. Their mistake could cost me my home !

I have been in and out of physical therapy for several years and in that time I have never met a medical professional as wonderful as Nancy and the staff of Good Sam- Coopersburg. Nancy is a PT with 40 years of experience, a great sense of humor, and an incredible sense of compassion. Her combination of unmatched clinical expertise and her warm personality are a saving grace during the challenging recovery process. More than anything is the incredible attention to detail, personalized recovery plans, and patient education that make me a raving fan of this location and hope that she continues for another 40 years.
