I’ve made at least 10 donations in the last year. I will be giving my items to other charities from now on because your prices are crazy. Today I saw several used shirts and jeans priced from 15-30. They weren’t even nice. Old ratty clothes, many with stains, rips or other defects. Then you have the audacity to ask me to round my purchase up to “help prepare people for work”. How exactly are you doing that? I’ve never seen a goodwill funded program in my life. I wish everyone would donate to the Salvation Army. Their prices aren’t much better, but at least they help people with the money they generate.

Waited in line 45 minutes to drop off 4 shirts. Trapped in the line and couldn’t get out the way it is set up. No excuse why dropping off items should take this long.

A good clean location. Noticeably more dvds available. Clothing racks are stuffed. Less shoes selection then some other locations. Tons of cookware and toys.
