The carwash its self is okay. I didn't have any issues getting into it, the kiosks are easy to manage. Even while very busy, the attendant was careful on spacing each vehicle properly. My only thing is that I wish the wash provided drying towels with the free vacuums. The air dryers can only do so much.

I had to update my post from 1 star to 5 stars because I am relieved to receive a call from the regional manager, Will, to work on improving my experience. I’m happy they will be reimbursing me for the new tires I had to buy as a result of the wash damaging them. Although it was a bit of a hassle and stressful to work with the staff at the time the incident occurred, all I can really ask for is that they will be accommodating to any damage I had to pay out of pocket because of this incident. I really appreciate how Will handled this and how he was understanding that I entered the wash with my car in complete good condition to having two obliterated tires when I exited. I will be going back to this car wash since it did a good job on my black paint and it’s around the corner from my house. Plus, I had previously bought a towel from here to wash away the water spots the driers don’t catch but car looks great for a 5 wash which was just a light wash with the wax upgrade. I would also suggest to people that they have spare small stock valve covers before entering the wash so that it can reduce the chances of the tire sweepers breaking your valves and deflating your tires. Otherwise, if this still happens, the management team will make sure your experience improves by any means necessary for any inconveniences. Good stuff, even when the line is long which it is usually. It moves pretty fast. they do have free vacuums but they're always backed up and it doesn't make any sense to me to put the vacuums before the wash.also if you do go to the vacuums I highly recommend you back in because trying to back out into this long line is crazy.
This is one of my favorite car wash places but this specific location is set up very poorly. On busy days it’s almost impossible to use the vacuums and then try to get out because the line for the car wash goes right behind the vacuums. If the line for the car wash was moved it would be 5 stars
Arrived at this location, was on the area and car was dirty. Have the monthly subscription and was told have access to use at this location. Access to location not the greatest. Even getting to wash was a problem waiting for others to pull in and out of the vacuum spots. Location does not look maintained as well as the other location in surprise. Went through the Was and was a line. 3 deep in each terminal. Less suds applied to the wash. Pressure and rinse water was weaker and clogged. Pulled out to go back to dry and used vacuums. All spots full. Finally got a spot. Noticed vacuum hoses were missing between the two spots I was located. I was using one spot. Vacuum suction was very weak and I was right next to filter system. Did quick vacuum after drying vehicle. Then left. I would rather drive 45 mins north to use location by my home then come to this location again. Told by person next to me the hoses have been missing or not connected for some time now.
