Other than a couple favorite items that only Arby's has, I will not return here. The prices are unbelievably high and the help at the couner was about as sharp as a sledgehammer. I am very disappointed at most young workers abilities to match picture menus with what goes in the sack. And prior to that, they cannot listen, understand or follow the simplest orders or proceedures. And if a computer can't tell them what to do, they could not think their way out of an open sack on it's side. Incompetence is an understatement and they want to be compensated handsomely for it. This is not the only fast food restaurant to disappointment me, but definitely one of the worst. Summary, service, 1 out of 10, value, 2, quality of food,3, return, not likely unless I get an uncontrolled craving for potato cakes. QT now has a favorably comparable mocha shake for a fraction of the cost. Arby's needs to try a lot harder.

The people who took my order were very nice so was the person who gave me my order. The sandwiches were great but i ordered a large fry and it was only half full and for what i paid for the frys it should have been full. Very disappointed.
Smoking hot deal. I'd eat this all the time if I weren't so old.
Went through the drive thru, my order was correct, hot, and delicious. Very happy with the service, will definitely eat there again.
Christine and Co worker were extremely rude and inpatient at the drive thru. Love Arby's and I don't usually get such bad service.
