HORRIBLE!!!!! 2 years old having to replace my own shower because it was never Properly put in from the beginning! Have walls falling outta place, floor boards coming up , stain an ripped kitchen vinyl floor , and all I was told was my warranty was up!!!! Wow!!!! I guess it is time to get a lawyer, My family is so over this place and BRIAN!!! He’s the worst person to deal with at this SO CALLED COMPANY!!!! If you don’t want problems after problems don’t buy from this company!!!!

I love the layouts of the house. I wish they would put price ranges on their site. They have a location near me but, they don't have a large selection. I don't want to go and look at models if they don't have what I'm looking for. I'm disabled and it would be difficult and painful.
The worst experience ever! Parents bought and paid cash for a home in May 2019 and are still dealing with Cavco. The home was to be delivered in November of 2019.We did not receive the home until July of 2020. The home quality was horrible and we still have no resolution. Those that we speak with will not provide manager names or anyone that we can talk with. Our parents are in their 80's and this has caused them additional health issues and worry. The house was lost for over 3 months, Cavco nor the seller could not locate our home??? Our next step is with the attorney general and BBB.
Bought a home from cavco. Should have gone with another brand. Still have lights that only last two months. They give us free lights but would like them replaced with the new ones. Been after them ever since we moved in. Treated rudely for even saying anything. Terrible workmanship on drywall. Kitchen faucet backwards. Ended up having to pay an enormous amount for a pantry that was an option that we were told did not exist. Terrible looking drywall around windows. Kitchen island is not flat. Cement siding is cracking. Lousy paint job. Carpet was not stretched well so that our floor is wavy. Not one switch was done right. I could go on and on.
Used to work here at first it was a good place but now they treat you like a robot and expect you to not be one minute late and your stuff will get stolen from other employees and if you say anything their response is well what do you expect look who you work with. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy they used cheap materials as well so don't buy from them.
