Elon musk is going to help put companies like this out of business. Were getting starlink asap. But with centurylink we get between 30-160kbps download speed. For years it's been this way and they refuse to do anything. Why would they when no matter the speed we will always pay 70 a month. Switching AS SOON AS STARLINK IS AVAILABLE HAHA

The Google search for a century link office in goodyear off sweet Acacia road is bogus and does not exist! Century link customer service did not care at all and told me okay get past it when I told them how upset I was over all the poor service and rude service reps via phone I've encountered

They are conducting business in bad faith. My service was due on the 23th and they disconnected my service on the 23rd at 4am, while I was sleep and not able to pay it. Their own policy says they disconnect service on the end of business day. I've never heard of a company disconnecting service on the due date. They've also outsourced their customer service so you have to deal with a bunch of rude foreigners. Do NOT set up an account with this company. They are a scam. I've reported them to the BBB. I highly suggest others do the same so you will benefit from a class action law suit.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Only have Centurylink because of the apartment complex. Originally requested service 3 weeks ago and have been re-scheduled with no explanation 4 TIMES!! Completely unprofessional. Most disorganized customer service.
