I found Brad through google and read all the reviews. Of course it's hard to find someone you can trust with computer repair but I can honestly say that all these reviews are well earned. We took our desktop to Brad and he was professional from the very beginning. He gave us options and wasn't pushy at all. Great communication and now that we got our desktop back, I can see that it works just as new! Thank you and we'll definitely spread the word!

Brad did an amazing job fixing my laptop. My network card died and he was able to troubleshoot the problem with ease and he also updated my harddrive. He was very responsive and gave lots of updates so that I knew the progress of the repair and he had it done in just over 24 hours! Thanks to Brad my almost 10 year old laptop will last me for some time to come. If I need any more computer repairs, I would definitely call iNFLUX PC repair again. Thanks Brad!

My gaming PC suddenly decided it didn't want to play anything smoothly anymore with multiple issues and after trying many possible solutions it was time to take it in. After calling other places and finding they didn't know much about gaming issues I found influx. I got a response quickly and had it in almost right away, he was super nice and happy to listen and help. My PC was ready for pick up the next day and it worked wonderfully! Once I got it home it turned out there was another hardware issue on my end with something I had plugged into a USB drive and he remotely walked me through solutions until it was solved. All I can say is super nice, professional, and definitely worth the money. You absolutely get what you pay for here.
