I deleted my last review since now I had a horrible experience. The \assistant manager corey\ insitead that I was wrong and he was right. I been coming here for the last 2 years and always ordered the same thing. Mikes Philly extra meat and extra cheese. Never once had a problem. This time I got this sub the same way with meat missing from half of the half of sub. He told me he did put extra but clearly from picture he didn't. He kept arguing that everyone else from the past did it wrong. This customer service I got from the assistant manager is horrible. Never again!

I patron Jersey Mike's often. Last night my husbamd and I went to this location as we were on our journey home from a long trip driving all day long. We were tired and hungry. We were there at 8pm. The assistant manager Cory was very pleasant and friendly. He was very understanding and accommodating with my hearing loss. He was in the middle of cutting meat when I approached him for more peppers. He stopped what he was doing to get some for me. I told him no rush and to finish up what he's doing. His response was o no customers always come first.\ I was very impressed with his attitude. I could tell he was working hard and doing his best. Put sandwiches were delicious as usual. Thank you Jersey Mike's!
Great experience! One guy by himself, cheerfully accepting, helping choose which sandwiches we want, making them exactly to order, and ringing us up. He was happy to help, generous, and gracious with my chatty mom.
