If o could leave a negative rating, I would do so. Do not use them. You've been warned. They are a nightmare to work with. The technician required a fee my warranty company first off waived, and even if they didn't, I pay it to them online. So clearly I was being jerked around. Then, rescheduled the appointment with a different tech just to be somehow cancelled? So I am off for no reason today and out over 300 salaries and still no refrigerator. So feel free to call them if you enjoy getting screwed over. They'll definitely do that.....!!!!
Sears charged us 379 including a part that cost 60. They came out within 24 hours to make the repair. It has been only 2 weeks since the repair was done and our refrigerator still is not keeping our food cold. I called today to request service a second time under their 90 day warranty and was surprised the first available appointment is 5 days! The customer service representative is overseas and apologized for not being able to come sooner. All of our food is not rotting and must be discarded. Please be advised that any repeat service calls will not receive the same response time as your original call. Sears Service contracts will also get the same poor service response so don’t buy a maintenance agreement. Sears is a failed business and is closing all of their retail stores nationwide and they are only makin money selling and servicing appliances. We will be buying a new refrigerator since Sears destroyed our old one which was also Sears branded refrigerator made by Whirlpool.
