I just bought a new i phone and watch with Vanessa it was super easy and she helped me take advantage of all the current promotions. She even helped me set up and transfer my phone number, all my pics and info. She was very professional and patient even when I was having trouble with my passwords she walked me through every step. If you need to switch services and upgrade your phone this is the place to come and if your lucky Vanessa will be available to help you out too!

This use to be my go to Verizon store, they use to have super friendly staff. Not anymore! I ordered a phone for in store pickup, went out pick it up and the 2 ladies working could not be more rude or care any less about getting my business. I will not be back.

If I could leave no stars I would. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Vanessa was rude and completely unhelpful when I went in trying to make a purchase. When I asked for her name she responded with why?! Like what?! It is common courtesy and of course the only reason she didn’t want to give it up is because she knew she was being completely rude! Never will I step foot in this store again. Trust me when I say it is worth the extra drive time to go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this location-- specifically for the customer service. We had a wonderful experience working with Mylena today. She was very professional and personable while she helped my mom upgrade her phone and walked her through the process of transferring her data. Mylena took the time to answer my mom's questions (she had many) with patience and poise. She is very knowledgable about the products and would be an excellent trainer for new employees. We totally recommend working with her if you have the chance!

This store by far has the worst customer experience I have received. I ordered my phone online and it was ready to pick up today (next day). I stop by and checked in with a really rude lady that doesn’t even want to speak with you and I was informed that there was about 1-2 hours wait. I witness an older gentleman waiting in-front of me and he went inside the store and was immediately asked to go outside and wait. It was cold for me to stand outside I bet it was cold for him as well. The store has enough room for social distancing inside. I was ok waiting which took only about 30 minutes when I got a text message that my order was ready. I checked in with Vanessa she gave me my bag and I took off. I opened my bag in the car to find out the phone box was already opened. The inside of the box was super dusty and dirty and the phone was full of fingerprints and makeup. The charger was not put back in the box correctly and to me this was a used item. Plus the seal clearly says “DO NOT ACCEPT IS SEAL IS BROKEN” I went back inside and I told Vanessa if my my phone was good because the seal was opened, her response “yeah we just need to open to make sure it is the same color”. I then told her that the inside was very dirty and all she said was “yeah” and went ahead and ignored me. I left because they have no patience to even listen to you.I called the Verizon call center to informed them about this concerned and they were able to help me out. Never again will I order from this store, I understand there is a lot of frustration with this pandemic but these ladies are way to upset to assist us.
