Dr. Kochar is really a wonderful doctor. My low review is strictly on how the office works and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone in the office. Even leaving multiple voice messages I have never received a call back. This has happened even when I was trying to become a new patient! There is no return period. It is very frustrating when I have to take time out of my work day to constantly call and HOPE someone answers since getting a return call back does not happen. Again, Dr. Kochar is good, so I really hope this changes.

Jordan is the most amazing front desk coordinator I have ever had...Period, so well organized, so polite, so professional....i guess I'm so used to the average doctors office where they are rude, short mannered and condescending.... She had a list of my current and previous meds already highlighted upon check out before I could even ask. My doctor: also amazing personality, friendly, caring and attentive, such a breath of fresh air. Don't hesitate making an appointment here.

Dr. Kochar listens and she truly wants what is best for you. She is very knowledgeable about hypothyroidism. In addition, her office is responsive to calls and questions. I love the secretary Jordan too. She’s quiet but super friendly.
