I have been going to Gordon Salon in Wilmette for 7 or 8 years now. I find it to be consistently a very, very satisfactory experience. I actually really love it there and LOVE LOVE LOVE my stylist/colorist ️️EMMIE️️ I can come in with pictures and ideas and EMMIE make it happen. She really listens and then has the talent to execute on whatever you ask for! If you go, ask for EMMIE!!! Anyway, I’m always thrilled with the results and I feel like it’s reasonable in pricing compared to other salons in the North Shore. The atmosphere is warm, professional but not haughty or intense. Stylists there seem to enjoy their work and it’s a lovely place to be while getting your hair done. I appreciate the responsiveness in scheduling and accommodation of work schedules and more. Also appreciate that there isn’t a constant up selling of products by the staff which is so unpleasant when I have been to other salons. I highly recommend trying Gordon Salon! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Gordon Salon for 4years. I was desperate to find a good stylist when we moved here and I couldn’t have been happier with the salon and my stylist Kristen. They always take great care from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out. Kristen is a fantastic stylist who is very talented, easy to talk to and knows how to make adjustments as my hair has changed. My daughter and mom now go to her as well. I would highly recommend this salon and Kristen!!

I had a great experience here! The whole salon was relaxing and clean. The employees were sweet and welcoming. Giselle is who I had cut and highlight my hair and she did AMAZING! I had never colored my hair before and was nervous, Giselle was so kind and listened to what I wanted. Together we talked and she got an idea and her work turned out better than I could ever have imagined. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her!!!

I’ve been going to Gordon’s for 2 years and I love it. I see Haley for cut and color and she does a fantastic job, I highly recommend her. The salon has an awesome vibe - it’s super laid back, the stylists like each other which is a great quality, it’s really clean, and I love the shampoo area - I feels like a spa. If you’re looking for a quality hair salon with easy parking, I highly recommend Gordon’s!

Cut, color, style...you name it and you’ll be happy. She is personable and easy to talk to as well. This makes my salon day feel more like “lunch with an old friend” kind of day.
