I sent in a deposit, they couldn't build in my jurisdiction and yet they kept most of my deposit. They are not honest. I don't mind that they made a mistake, I am upset that they made me pay for it. Don't ever use them is my recommendation.

We were really pleased with the how the garage turned out and the crew who built it. The 5 man crew was able to assemble the structure to near completion in one day. A follow up crew came two days later to install the metal roof. The crew members were hard working, contentious and courteous. The structure was well built and there were no issues with passing inspection. Unfortunately, we were not as pleased with the process up to that point. In particular, we were told it usually takes four to twelve weeks from the time you obtain a building permit for the crew to arrive to build the garage. In our case it took 14 weeks. During this waiting period we were not kept up to date on the delivery progress. Our project manager was difficult to get in contact with, which can be very frustrating considering Backyard and Beyond had a significant amount of our money. Our delivery date was never confirmed in writing even though we requested it several times. Thankfully, once we were given a verbal date for the build, it held firm. Perhaps Backyard and Beyond was overwhelmed with business, but it would’ve been nice to have been given status reports during our waiting period.

Biz was all business and the sheds are awesome! Excellent sales rep broke EVERYTHING that I needed to know down in layman's terms. Sheds are of extreme high quality (family owned business been around for over 33yrs!) and are made to order with your specifications. If you are looking for a great shed, great sales reps and folks who are extremely professional, do not hesitate to come here. I was very impressed and can move ahead with my project needs. I live in Philly and found this company on the Internet. Visit this place for yourself... the Web and the catalog doesn't do it justice! JMO... Thank you to Mike and Mark as well. Biz is THE Man!
