I've been sitting at Pine Hill Trailers for an unfortunate 3hours and I've never seen another business make so little effort to even pretend we're in a pandemic. I've seen at least 11 employees, none of which wear masks, social distance, or even pretend to be following the mandate. I've seen them shaking hands, leaning over counters to talk very closely to customers. I've not seen anyone wipe any surface down or make any efforts to clean. I feel both disrespected and unsafe. If I didn't really need this hitch, I would have left already. This is absurd. Would give 0 stars if I could. So many people close to my friends and family have died from this virus. Have some respect for your neighbors and customers. EDIT to add: a wife of an employee is leaving 5* reviews to counter this review, and they turned off reviews on Facebook for the time being after my review. I hope at least this encourages them to take things more seriously.

Would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. Couldn’t have had a better experience with Josh at Pine Hill. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped get me to the perfect solution. I plan to go back to Josh and Pine Hill for all my future trailer needs.

We needed new tires and rims for our popup camper and the competition was 3 months back order. I used the text message feature and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt human response. Where so many others use an automated response to these, Pine Hill has someone respond personally. I really enjoyed working with this group and am glad The competition was on back order. Once the tires shipped, I received them the next day. I highly recommend this company and they will be my first place to look for any parts that I need.

I took my trailer to Pine Hill trailers and spoke with Brian Bowman. It was a difficult project but he handled it with professionalism. He was patient and thorough with my questions and the work was finished way faster than I expected. Very courteous and fast service.

Very frustrating experience. They held up my brand new ram 3500 with a new utility bed install for 14 weeks in my busiest time of year. Supposed to take 3 days. They have no educational training. They learn by making mistakes on their customer trucks and trying to fix it. Definitely would not recommend pine hill
