Went there on a Thursday to purchase a nice home. the place was closed. No where in the website does it say they are closed on Thursdays . Doesn't matter they only have 2 homes on there property anyways, 3 phone numbers on door no one answers any of the number place is run down and needs shut down. No one should operate a so called buisness this way and think its okay. Would recommend and will be contacting modular home direct to take them off the website and list as a dealer

I am very pleased with my home. My sales rep was John Wilcox and he was wonderful to work with. Helped guide me through the buying process and answered all of my questions. As with any new construction project glitches can come along. Both John and Garrett did everything they could to work with me and were always very kind, honest and helpful.
I have had nothing but good experience with my sales rep Cassie ,she goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible, I would recommend her over, and over again with no regrets, we have found are home played for it and she is still helping , thank you cassie ,you are a very good sales rep and a good person.
