I had a wonderful experience with Joe Fix It's. I made an enquiry through email because I was looking to buy used bikes. I ended up getting one bike repaired and purchasing a new bike instead. Their staff are all helpful and considerate. The establishment has a friendly professional vibe, unlike some of my past experiences with bike shops. My emails were answered in a timely fashion and when I called I was able to have my questions answered. My sons are happy with their bikes and I will return for service and bike purchases in the future.

Where do I start? These guys are great! I just purchased a 2021 Specialized Epic Evo Pro this past Friday. These bikes are impossible to get and they got me one. Sean, Dave and Brian are fantastic! I've been buying bikes from Sean for years and every time he puts me into the right bike. I couldn't be happier! Sean knows how to set the bike up and service it beginning to end. These guys treat you great no matter how little or how much you spend, whether it's a helmet or bike, this is the place to go!
