We rented two beach cruisers to ride around during our honeymoon on Wrightsville Beach. The staff were courteous and helpful when we called, and made renting a breeze. We were able to do everything over the phone and paid via email. They dropped off and picked up the bikes at our hotel so we didn't have to worry about coordinating. The bikes themselves were superb. They were in excellent condition, easy to ride, and had great sized baskets for carting our stuff to the beach. They gave us two easy to use bike locks as well. The price was also the lowest we saw. When we were out with our bikes, we saw a staff member from the rental place and he came over to talk to us and wish us a happy honeymoon. It was really nice for him to go out of his way to say hello and wish us well! Would absolutely rent again!
Highly recommend! Their customer service is top notch. Rented fat tire bikes for a beach excursion at low tide! It was a great family adventure! The bikes were solid and easy to ride!

Because of a change in plans, we had to make an after-hours reservation for chairs and umbrellas the night before our day at Carolina Beach, but they responded to email that night and had what we wanted ready to go the next morning. The drink holders and pail to catch garbage were surprise bonuses. Highly recommend.
