I rented a unit in early 2020 and this was my first time using a storage facility. The team at Got Storage in Peoria were very friendly and sincere in their desire to help. They provided a truck for my initial move in ,free of charge, which was very helpful. The access to the unit was good and the grounds are clean and well kept. Overall great experience

I have been here for 3 years renting a 5x 10x unit. Great place to come store your kids memories family mementos and anything else you might need to store in a safe clean facility. The best storage place around town with out a doubt. Ask for Ed he is the most honest person you could ask for in a person let alone a storage rental facility.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They not only tolerated me and met my needs but they did it with a great attitude and a smile on their face. The property is well kept and their units are cost efficient. I highly recommend them.
I have always loved service here at this storage place. It’s always clean, good prices, organized and the employees are very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I rented the box truck and it was simple and not much paperwork. The truck is in great shape and the size is perfect to do the job! Thank you for always being helpful and a joy to talk too. I will always come back for a storage unit or to use the truck next time I am in need. I have already referred people and told them about this place and they love it too
Very pleased with the service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful every step of the way, from day 1 moving in to the last day moving out. Ed the manager was very helpful answering my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place, and I would use this storage facility again.
