Alec and Jackie made the blind buying experience really easy. They measured my windows quickly and were able to find a vendor who could put both the pulls and the riser on the same side of my extra wide blinds. They make my windows look great! Definitely recommend! My dog loved them too! (so you know they are good people!)

Alec and Jackie did such an amazing job on our windows. They provided an array of options to choose from and explained the pros/cons of each. They were always very punctual and pleasurable to interact with! We love our new blinds and can’t wait to redo the rest of our windows!
I found Gotcha Covered of Summerlin on my Facebook timeline and called them. Alec and his wife Jackie made an appointment with me and showed up right on time - spent lot's of time helping me select my verticals. Brought many samples books. What a pleasure working with such nice, easy going people! They came back 2 days later with more samples and I found what I needed. They told me that my order would be coming in 3 weeks and right on the money they came. A couple of minor adjusting with Alec coming back to take care of them. Very pleased with they're service and the quality of my new verticals.
Excellent product selection which was not found with the usual window treatment companies. They kept the integrity of the look and style of my home with very sleek and innovative designs and color options. I’m extremely impressed and that’s not an easy task.

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Gotcha Covered of Summerlin. They respond quickly in answering the phone, scheduling appointments and answering emails. We had the pleasure to meet with Alec and Jackie in our home and reviewed their extensive catalog. They have a lot of choices and really help out with making a final choice. Unfortunately our first choice was just out of stock, but they were easy in working with their suppliers and coming back to our home to help us make a new choice (based on our first choice they gave alternatives that worked out perfectly). Besides that they are very knowledgeable and friendly, which made this experience even better. Alec installed our blinds with care and they look fantastic! We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and we highly recommend them! Thanks again for top service Alec and Jackie.
Alec and Jackie were wonderful to work with. They took the time to go over all our options and even when we kept switching back and forth on what we wanted to do. We are very happy with the service we received! Will be using them again in the future.
