I wanted a back up generator and I was impressed with Gowen from the start. They handled pretty much everything and I am now fully prepared for any outage. They were prompt and courteous. From install to testing they were very professional and I was in good hands. I will sleep better forever knowing I will never wake up cold.

We started with Gowen when the generator service company we used for the twelve years prior changed personnel and became unreliable and untrustworthy in billing and services. Gowen was selected as their replacement. Gowen's Service and repair was prompt, even though it started during a peak business period, and the cost was 20% of the repair cost quoted by the previous company; 450 Gowen versus an open ended 2,200 from the prior company. Gowen office and field personnel have been professional, cordial and rock solid reliable. We now use them for generator preventative maintenance and any necessary repair.
As a regular customer with pre-scheduled bi-annual service appointments, all of my interactions with Gowen have far exceeded expectations in every way. We have a generator for peace of mind and being a customer of Gowen adds an additional layer of comfort and reassurance that our home and our family will be well taken care of.
