This is a terrible company! I called them and set up a time to look at a vehicle. The first guy I spoke with told me I could take the vehicle to a shop just up the road where I get all my auto care and service done to have them inspect it to see if the car was worth the investment. Upon ending the first conversation the guy said just call back right before you come down and talk to Connor and we will have it ready. Later that day I called back to tell Connor I was coming down to take it for the inspection. Connor informed me I could not get it inspected because they do all their inspections themselves at their own shop. Already upset he informed me if I brought down my own technician we could look at the vehicle there. So I did just that I contacted my technician and he went down there. Upon arrival the car was not even there. We told them we would be at their shop at 1pm to look at the car and they said great we will see you then. And they did not even have the car I specifically asked for!!! They informed me it'd be back in a little bit. While waiting my tech asked about the shop they said they do their pre-sale inspections and to find out they do not even have a hoist to lift a vehicle!!! How to you inspect a vehicle properly without lifting it up to look at it????? This company is a bunch of liars that are just looking to make a quick buck at the publics expense. This is a warning to anyone thinking about going here, DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

GREAT SERVICE. I WAS THEIR LAST WEEK AND BOUGHT MY CAR. I HAD BEEN DENIED AT OTHER DEALERS. AT GR USED CAR I GOT THE GMC ACADIA I WANTED SO BAD. THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME, MY CAR WAS GORGEOUS JUST DROVE BACK FROM TEXAS IN MY NEW USED CAR, IT RUNS LIKE NEW. I WILL DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I ALSO LIKE THE SALES MAN WAS NOT PUSHY TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT LIKE TELLING ME ITS A GREAT DEAL LIKE A LOT OF OTHER SALES MAN DID.. THANK YOU GR USED CAR.. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS MY INTEREST RATE WAS 12% , HOWEVER I UNDERSTAND THATS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, AND REFLECTS MY CREDIT HISTORY.
They sold us a deisel truck but as soon as we changed the oil the fuel injectors got all messed up. We were cool with it because we bought a power train warrenty for it. When we brought it in to get fixed they said our warrenty covered nothing. Now the engine won't run at all and they wont help. They sold us a broken truck and they knew it. lied to us about our warrenty and won't fix the car. We had to go through a law suit and everything and sure enough we got scammed into buying a lemon so now we have to decide to get our money back or have them repair it for free.
Bought a truck from them in January took it through a touch less wash a month later and the paint peeled off the hood and bumper covers. My body shop guys told me it was painted to cover stone chips and rust and not prepped correctly. When I looked at the truck first thing they told me was the only thing we had painted was the tailgate because of dents. I know I bought a used truck and they could have bought it from the auction this way but after reading all the bad reviews I thought I should also add my experience with them.
