First of all, charging nearly 1.50 for water and no refills on it is ridiculous. I saw a DRUG DEAL outside of the entrance after a kid's birthday party and I did my best to get my daughter out of there A.S.A.P. They clearly need more than 3 people working there since no one was at the front window when we got there, the skates need to be inspected because there was exposed hardware inside of the skates with no padding at all. The laces were worn out to the point that I was surprised that they didn't come apart when I tied them. If you are charging for every little thing, why not put some of that money into one of the main things in your establishment, the skates.
