Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and shelves well stocked. If she doesn't have what you're looking for, she will find it. I love coming to restock my supplies and just see what other goodies are there whenever I'm in town visiting family. Hopefully I will get a few pictures on my next visit.
