Moved here from Detroit about 3 years ago and have been trying new mechanics pretty much everytime I get my cars worked on. Grady's is the only place I've found so far that doesn't try to upsell me stuff I don't need and gets the job done right at a fair price, I'd highly recommend them.

We have a Ford Transit 150 and on our road trip had a 'check engine' light come on. First we took it to the Victory Ford dealership to get it diagnosed and find out which part we needed. They were charging to get it fixed and their customer service was not the best. (it was a somewhat straightforward process, and thought we could get a better price elsewhere). We made the great decision to take it to Grady's garage and days later I'm still convinced it was godsent.You know the feeling of you try looking for a mechanic in a new state, it can be stressful. Their garage is located in a beautiful property and is a family owned business. They fixed our van in less time than the dealership and kept us informed throughout the procedure. We had a pleasant exchange with both owners and they were very professional and communicative. I would totally return to Grady's and recommend to others looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard-working crew of mechanics in the area.

I ment to write this review early but you kno how life gets in the way but i really need to give this business a shout out. My car needs major work on the motor which will cost alot of money. The lady I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond for me. She went out of her way and made some calls into looking to get a new motor which they will put in for me and it will be cheaper then fixing the old one. I just wanted to say thank you, I appreciate you and you will definitely have my business in the future!
