100% in agreement with Christina Powell. Campbell land surveying is unresponsive and borderline rude. I made repeated calls and texts and the only response I got was to my request for a price, \XX\. I sent a text 24 hours ago asking for a date and time and still have not received a response. Take your business elsewhere.
My husband and I contacted Campbell Survey and Mapping to perform a survey and marking of our property. Campbell told my husband it would be Wednesday or Thursday to come out to perform the work. Wednesday went by, no contact, no return calls. Then Thursday I called, Campbell answered the phone stating he would be coming Thursday, 8/9/18 to perform the work between 2-3pm. I then told my husband this, so he could leave work early to be home to wait on Campbell to get there. At approximately 2:30pm, Campbell called stating he would not be able to come, because his regular \big\ clients come first, and it would be two weeks before he could come back out. This is the worst customer service we have ever received to date. First there was no communication, that should have been the first red flag, and then my husband left work, and lost time just for Campbell to say he wasnt coming that other clients were more important. So, if you want to have your time wasted as a consumer, and to be extremely disappointed, that is the only way I can recommend this company.
