Dan was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable about the 2 clocks I had and gave me great info on them just looking at pictures. He communicated how to best ship the clocks to him and let me know when he received it. He kept in contact with me every step of the way and let me know all my options for parts and service. So happy with the quality of his work! Got them back today with instructions on how to set them up. Overall I couldn't be happier. I was worried about sending my family clocks in the mail to someone I had only read reviews on, but after emailing with him and all the knowledge and info he was giving me I was totally at ease and it was so worth it. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know local or long distance that is looking for a cuckoo repair man! Thanks Dan! 100% Satisfied customer indeed!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience, it was an absolute pleasure working with Cuckoo for Clock Repair! I brought in my families old cuckoo clock, of which had a few modifications (duct tape, streaky paint, missing parts, etc) the care and craftsmanship that went into bringing my clock back to an original state went beyond my expectations- Do not hesitate to give them a call, I'm so glad that I did!
