Very happy with the quality of work Custom Chrome Plating produces. Everyone that I met at the business were very friendly and professional. When I picked up my part the owner, Jon Wright, took the time to chat with me about everyday stuff and also to make sure I was happy with their work, that is something that doesn't happen very often in these crazy times we are living in. Thank you Custom Chrome Plating, the part you chrome plated for me looks amazing, I highly recommend if you need a part plated take it to Custom Chrome Plating in Grafton Ohio.

Custom Chrome plating always exceeds expectations. I restore 120 year old bicycles and have had at least 50 parts nickel plated. It is always amazing to see the magical things Jon and his crew do to restore them into shinny things of beauty.
In regards to the review by Alex Mijares.....needless to say, Alex forgot to tell everyone in his review, that he complained and complained and complained about the price. So we lowered his price and he still complained and complained. I guess he thought that because he was referred by a mutual friend, that we would basically do his parts for free. Nope. That’s why his parts were returned to him, undone.
Worst experience I have ever had with any business the owner is super cocky and disrespectful. He gave false pricing! Made me wait 8 weeks for my bumpers then without a single word sent my bumpers back after all that time with a letter saying that my parts were not worth his time for the “price he actually gave me” and I was recommended to him by a friend of his which makes the disrespect so much worse. Then when I called to find out why he got all upset and hung up on me!!!!!!!!
