We drove to Cedarburg do the trails a little bit. We went into Erik's to buy some bike shorts. Got the shorts along with a Specialized Vado 5.0 E bike. Thank you so much to Sam for being so helpful. He answered all my questions as I didn't know what I was really looking for. He wasn't pushy at all and let me take it out for as long as I needed to feel comfortable. Thank you Sam and the staff at Erik's for getting the bike ready so fast. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this store.

Took my son's (cheap Walmart) bike in for a fix. They initially misdiagnosed it, but game me a refund right away and figured out the issue. It wasn't worth fixing on the cheap bike, so they didn't charge me anything. They didn't even push me to buy a new bike from them. Max gave me a free bike tube for another bike I had at home when I asked about buying the tube. (I think he felt sorry for me son and his bike.) Great service and I would definitely go back and possible buy a bike from them in the future.
