Really nice apartments and great area close to biking trail. We love how modern and clean the apartment looks. When touring we knew right away this was the place we wanted to be. We have our own attached garage that is super spacious and great for storage as well. The whole property is maintained well and they have a very helpful/responsive management team. I would highly recommend.

I relocated from the phase I to phase II. I live at a prime spot near the pool with beautiful views of the neighboring houses and sunsets. I enjoy walking the neighborhood. The park is nearby with access to the trail. The units are modern and staff is friendly . If you are looking for a nice place to live, High Bluff is it.

This has been by far one of the best rental experiences our family has had. Evan and Kacey were receptive and quick to respond. The application process was quick and I knew within a day I was approved for the apartment. Unlike other rentals I inquired on, they didn’t scrutinize or flat out ignore the fact we have 2 pitbull terriers! Our girls our fully ESA certified and very loving! They’ve even met a few of our neighbors already on walks and have surprised them with how friendly they are. Our townhome was a new construction, never lived in before unit. The views are emasculate, we have plenty of room, and the fire place makes it worth all the stairs going up and down :). Everything was cleaned of construction dust for our big move in and Evan was thorough in the expectations, rules, entities, etc. I can’t understand why there’s such poor ratings when this community is safe, clean, and best of all, no nosy neighbors! We look forward to our time that’s yet to come and are so glad they accepted our entire family! We will highly recommend to all our friends we know as they look for places to go!

High Bluff engages in agism and gentrification. If you are not part of their demographic they will deny you residency at their town home complex. They do not practice fair housing for all

I have lived at High Bluff Townhomes for a couple of years. The units are nice and it feels like home. Just like everywhere else there's always room for improvement. Maintenance lacks (poor communication), landscaping lacks (dead trees and plants). We were told there would be grilling stations added at the lounging area but that has not happened. There is no storage for the renters. Community events should be coordinated to bring the communities together (High Bluff and 1505). The Town homes renters should have access to 1505 gym amenities.
