Big store in Grafton! But got to sample many options. Salespeople were helpful not pushy. Still can't say I understand the many subtle differences between options! But we've had a sleepnumber for 20 years and loved it, so no hesitation to get another!

I have never been inside this store i was parked outside waiting on my partner in great clips next door and tony working here was so nice he saw my dog in the car with me and gave me a bottle of water and a bowl so she could drink somthing while we are out if this isint customerservice this is a great human with a great mind set i did not ask or expect anything he did it on his own free will thank you for being such a great guy you have restored some of my faith in humanity
