The leasing office was clean and smelled wonderful. All the employees were smiling and so friendly. They make me feel at home every time I walk in! Love this place!

The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and completes any task fast. The grounds are well maintained, they have nice areas for children to play. There is also a pond with a nice path to walk your dog or just to take a stroll. Good area with grocery store and shopping nearby.

Ive lived here for a year and enjoyed it very much, the apartments are nice and clean, and the area surrounding the complex is very nice. Its close to the grocery store which was a great convenience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice complex with different types of units and a pool. The office and maintenance staff are nice and helpful. Great location for dining, historical sites and Busch Gardens as well as a short drive to Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
