James is incredible! I had to eat a 99 service call fee from another company because they showed up and tried selling me an expensive service package that had nothing to do with the rattling that was coming from my blower motor. It took James 5 seconds to tell me what was wrong and give me my options. I researched the cost of the fix including labor and it was right on average. It's nice to know that I have my permanent AC/Furnace guy. This is the company you call and invite in to your home when you need help. Stop researching now and give Renee a call.

Our furnace bit the dust during the worst possible time. James was able to order the needed parts and installed them as soon as they were delivered, even though that meant working a little late on a Friday. His compassion for our situation was genuine.
