My husband and I went to Camper World on 1/23/21 and right away they made us feel so very comfortable. Our salesman, Derek G, was such a personable salesman and made us all feel so at ease. Everyone that we met was very helpful. Derek listened to what I wanted in a camper, knew what my budget and stayed within it. I had done my homework and knew what camper type and model I was interested in. Derek took us to see what I was interested in and we saw the campers I had found online. This experience was all so wonderful. We found what we wonted...the camper had everything that I wanted and Derek didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want, I liked that he didn't push. I would recommend Camper World to Kansas City to anyone. Thank you so much!

Bill and I have always loved our Camping World. We go to the Grain Valley location. Each time we walk in we feel like family. That is why we have now purchased our Third Travel trailer from them and sent 2 or 3 friends there who have also purchased trailers. This time was no exception. From the first phone call, to the finance department, Marlena in titling, and of course our wonderful salesman! With great, hardworking salespeople like Shaune Lapee we will definitely continue shopping with them! Dan with the Finance portion handled us with care, respect and we felt as though we had known him forever. Janell who spent at least 40 minutes if not more showing us how to use all the cool new features in our camper and checking off a few fix it items. As well as the service gentleman that took care of a few of those fixit items right then for us! Top notch as usual. We will definitely be back and continue to recommend them.

Travis treated us very well. After asking about what we were looking for in a travel trailer, he efficiently took us around the lot in a golf cart. He was knowledgeable about all of the units he showed us. Dealing with Travis was a pleasure. After we decided on a trailer, the actual purchasing agreement and unit preparation went smoothly, efficiently and pleasantly. Shawn was our salesman and he was great. Todd set up our appointment online with Shawn and he was there to meet us at the door. everyone was great to practice social distancing and we were able to sanitize our hands when ever we thought we needed to. Shawn answered all our questions and assured us that we are now his family. If we have questions 24/7 he is available to us. Camping World will be there whenever we need them. That was worth a lot. We bought our Motor Home today. Thank You Shawn!!!
