Grain Valley Medical is a complete joke! Every time I have called them in the past 8 months they have told me (word for word) to just go somewhere else. The front desk ladies are extremely rude and do not take my concerns seriously. This place went down hill the second Dr. Sharky left and I would never recommend this place for anyone. Hopefully they get shut down soon. 0/10 would not recommend!

My doctor is great, however the new receptionist needs to be retrained. She spoke with me two days ago to schedule an appointment and when I came in for the appointment she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. I waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t do anything for me. I am a week away from my due date and I am having to reschedule with my doctor who is already pretty booked up.

Waited over an hour to get my daughters 2 month shots. Everyone that came in after us left before us. DIDNT end up waiting for her shots just left.
