If you are seeking a high end A/V experience, Andrew and his amazing staff from the top down are simply the best. We have known and used their services multiple times for over 15 years. If something isn't right, they make it right.....hard to find someone in this field who fully stands by their products. We just used them to design and install some LED lighting on our porch, and to install automated beautiful shades on our large bay window. Nothing short of FANTASTIC!

We have purchased TV's, Blu Ray Players, Sonos, Bluesound, universal remotes etc. They have always given us the best suggestions, the best service and the most value for our dollar. When we moved into a new home a couple of months ago, Andrew Davis, CEO, was the first person we called to give us advice for a new entertainment system and a lighting upgrade. Gramophone incorporated our thoughts and vision for what we wanted and designed both the built-in unit and the electronics package. The installation included moving a doorway, patching, painting and whatever was needed to deliver the perfect system. Their staff includes designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, programmers, all experts in their field. It was such a pleasure to deal with one coordinated unit where all the players were on the same page. They made it so easy and delivered exactly what we wanted on time and on budget.
