I found Retro Odyssey online after searching for a while. I read the reviews and was VERY excited to work with them. I'm in dire need of some urgent repairs to my 13' fiberglass Scamp's roof as well as I need to have it revamped. I want to have it redone inside and out. However, after calling, texting, and emailing for three straight weeks they NEVER returned my calls or messages. I would completely understand if they get back to me and told me they are not currently open, not taking new clients, or simply do not want to work on my trailer. That would be the professional thing to do. The fact that you have to chase and beg a company so much to give them your business is crazy. I do not find this professional nor acceptable. All it takes is one minute to send a response. I'm extremely disappointed in their business ethics and professionalism. I wish I had been able to leave a 5star review after having them work on my scamp. I guess they are not in need of business after all.

It's always been a dream of ours to purchase a vehicle and convert it to an RV so we could have everything exactly how we wanted, and Colin at Retro Odyssey absolutely helped us turn that dream into reality! When we found ourselves with the opportunity to purchase an ex-wine tour bus, we knew we'd need help building out the inside. When we found Retro Odyssey, it seemed Colin was just as excited as we were to turn the big white beast into something cool, and sure enough, we now have a totally custom RV with a kitchen that's nicer than ours at home, and everything in the exact place we need it. Not only was Colin willing to work with our budget, he went above and beyond to proactively help us make sure we would have all the comforts of home while we ventured to the great outdoors. Colin's frequent progress photos inspired us to launch an instagram page documenting the bus's transformation and showed us that other people loved the idea and the formation of our bus as well. We have taken our little home away from home on 3 camping trips so far, and with Colin's design, we haven't missed anything!
We worked closely with Colin to transform our 1975 GMC RV into an updated mobile nail shop. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts. Don't judge the home shop/backyard atmosphere- the quality in his work mirrors any large scale shop. Colin was very capable working with our existing design and brought years of RV knowledge to the table. We learned a lot from him. In addition, Colin provided us with several wonderful referrals throughout the process to his preferred vendors (countertops, tires, upholstery, metal shop etc). We're open for business and receiving so much positive feedback on the look of the truck. Colin continues to be responsive and work with us as questions arise. Brigid Jess
Colin is simply great. I love the fact that he will come to your location, rather than driving or towing your RV to a location, leaving it for days and not knowing what is going on. Colin keeps his appointments, gives a fair quote and shows up on time and does quality work. He has done numberous jobs for me from.installing a battery bank to a solar installation with inverter. Great work at a fair price.
Colin and his work are fantastic! Not only did he complete the job on time, but he delivered professional and excellent quality! He even took the time to educate me on the process, how everything works and he made me feel like more than a customer! I highly recommend Retro Odyssey!
