I went to At&t to simply replace my screen protector, with the help of an employee named Stormy, and she not only helped with that but also checked into my account to make sure I wasn’t getting over charged for things in my account. The concerns were brought up by basic conversation and she took the time help me anyway. Thank you Stormy. I will now feel more comfortable walking into At&t seeking help.

I recommend To Talk to CARLOS the Assistant Manager. He iz The Beezzz Kneezzz, He’s the GoTo for saving. Called customer service for a billing issue which they not only gave me lip but wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. So I decided to go in store which I hate doing cause the last time I got Screwed like a loose screw... As soon as I walked Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. Very genuine, He not only explained the bill but offered to save me money. Few minutes later he got me on new unlimited plan wit hotspot and looked for my work discount and applied it to my bill. I saved 165 and I was able to upgrade and add a line for Free phone. While saving I’ve have been a Customer for AT&T for Years. After visiting with Carlos, I know feel like I’m getting my worth. Carlos Thank you sir for thinking with my pocket. Props to the Manager That trained this young man. And lost him to Promote him. If he Ever get his own Store I’ll travel to get his customer Service

Brittney from Granbury store helped me with ‘bundling’ issue. Converting prepaid to postpaid and sending information to Direct TV for combining 2 accounts into one. Hours of frustration making phone calls w/ toll free numbers. No one on the 611 phone call could help me. Finally the last man said I must go to my local store. Brittney not only exudes great customer care but was well trained in the details of my perplexing problem. Brittney IS the best.
