Under new management. Now charge 3% for CC orders. This is part of doing business, not a charge back to customers. Have bought signs, cards and envelopes all good quality from them. Always on my good name. Now they require payment by check or CC (with a fee) up front before beginning an order. I'll do my business elsewhere.
