We have been using Granbury solutions now for 10 years to open and then expand our operations. Through the challenges of 2020 and those before I have found them to be responsive and focused on each customers needs. Not some cookie cutter solution but a tailored solution. We are a multi unit - buffet, full serve dine in, carry-out and delivery pizza business, and they didn't try and make a square peg fit a round hole. They tailored our menu's and such for a multi dimensional business model with buffet. Highly recommend GRS for your restaurant POS needs.

I have owned my restaurant for over 20 years. I've been with Granbury Solutions for over 12 years and have yet to be disappointed. They set up my system in less than a morning with a combination of my and their equipment. I have run into problems with printers due to them being from a third party vender and pretty much \driver-less\, but no problem for JD or Dallas.. These guys are so knowledgable, tech savy and true IT veterans; they never give up and always find solutions, irregardless of the routers, switches, etc.. They are awesome! I have had crashes due to So Cal Edison power failures during the fires in California and needed help getting things back up, configured and running within minutes; no problem there.. I ordered the wrong equipment and needed it before I was leaving town and Cathy got them to me in 2 days. Its so hard to find good customer support and consistency these days. These people are a big family, have been together for a very long time and it shows. I love knowing when all else fails, they don't. Thank you guys!!

Near constant problems. System goes down on a weekly basis at a minimum. Tech support lines often leave you on hold for 15 minutes with no answer, then suggest you leave a voicemail and hangs up on you. Most problems are only resolved through dumb luck or hours of phone tag.
