This is a review i left on Facebook last year: Only used this company because it was who the seller chose before we purchased the home. The guys who installed the furnace did a hack job, lazy, which was only determined when the tech came out at night to fix their mistakes. The tech was also out the next day for no heat because they didn’t bleed the system... and they’ll be out today AGAIN for no heat. The tech that was out twice was nice, seemed knowledgeable and was patient fixing someone else’s mistake, but we wouldn’t have had any of these issues if the other techs did the right thing the first time. UPDATE FOR THIS YEAR: Same problems. They’ve been out 5 times in the last 3 weeks and still no resolution. The unit they installed is faulty and they refuse to acknowledge it. Up at 4 am freezing because now i have no heat in my entire house, pipes will most likely burst like they did last week. Tech was out earlier today and said there was nothing wrong that we need to just change our batteries on our thermostats () so after i did that, less than 6 hours later we have no heat again. One zone isn’t even ON on the furnace. Mind you, my thermostats are set at 75. And Ron, the service manager might be the rudest and most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever had to talk to.

We had Sean come out and service our gas boiler. Very professional and was able to answer all of my questions as well as provide insight on maintenance to perform as a homeowner. I highly recommend this company.

We had a sudden Well Pressure Tank failure and called our regular plumber who was unable to fit us in. Beacon had installed a split system AC for us 3 years earlier so they were our next call. I had a good conversation with Randy about what we wanted and he called back with a firm estimate and scheduled us for the next morning. Brian arrived on time and had the old tank out the new tank in and left everything as neat as a pin in just over 2 hours. I think Beacon will be our first call the next time we need a plumber.

They do quality work, usually in a timely manner, but they’re probably the most expensive company around. Charged me 100 just to walk through the door and flip a breaker switch when we thought the water heater wasn’t working.

Loyal customer 3 plus years since moving to the area. Had furnace emergency and was told they are booked with there regular customers. They could not service me or even give me a later date for service. Cleaning service and Filling the oil tank does not make you a regular customer. Will never use this company again.
