This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Completely unreliable and impossible to communicate with. I just had a new pool installed and the poll company told met they would arrange the delivery of pool water. After making arrangements with cappone on the day of installation when they called for the delivery cappone told them I was not on his schedule. This was June 23rd. Due to scheduling we tried again on July 11th. I had requested two truck loads. On the day of delivery cappone cancelled out at 8 am and his excuse was that it was not worth his while to come to my house. I live less than 30 minutes from Granby. I finally found Clarks pool water in Barre Mass. They are fantastic. Cappone gets 450.00 for 6000 gallons. Clarks gives you 9000 gallons for the same price and they are super nice and answer their phone. When I called cappone he did not answer and his voice mail box was full. What kind of person runs a business like this? I would not let this clown fill my toilet!
