As of recent, this business has been under new management, and I am very pleased with the staff and the variety/pricing of their items. I was especially impressed with the manager, Shannon, who not only surpassed my expectations around customer service, but was very enjoyable to talk to. He not only tolerated my insufferably cheesy \Dad jokes\, but even raised me a few of his own. Well done, Sir! I will definitely be conducting business here again, whenever my travels bring me through the area.

I used to enjoy coming to this store. Not so much these days. Customer service is not what it used to be; they used to have a great crew of regular employees at this location, but all those employees are gone now and the new employees are less than personable in my opinion. They still carry a good selection of items for sale but the selection is less than half of what it used to be. I understand that is most likely do to the times though. Prices on those items have gone up however. I can handle inflation, but customer service is the most important aspect of any business. If I don't feel that the employees value me as a customer then I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully they can pull things back together.

Ordered online a pair of diamond studs, I was worried at first but after receiving them they exceeded my expectations as they are stunning. Can’t beat their price, tried others from Amazon and returned because of poor quality. These are beautiful clear diamonds, very satisfied and shipping was extremely fast.
