These guys were wonderful saved me from spending money that I didnt have too! A company I called first came out and said my softener wasn't working gave me a estimate then I call High Plains Water. These guys came all the way out same day to check for themselves because what I was telling them didnt make sense to them and I'm happy they did or I would have bought something from the other company I really didn't need at the moment. Very honest straight and forward. Great prices if your softener system truely does need replacing (mine did not), but when I do need a new one most defiantly going with these guys! Highly recommended!!

I am so glad we got a reverse osmosis and water softener installed. Best decision we've made! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful We even got a reverse osmosis for our camper. No more hauling bottles of water every weekend to the lake in the summer. LOVE IT!!! I definitely recommend High Plains Water/Aqua Pure

By far the best place in town to get your water treatment needs handled! Had High Plains put in our reverse osmosis and water softener. Best price in town and very friendly professional staff. We also get our replacement filters and salt from them too. Will for sure use them in the future if we ever move.

We purchased a house that had the home filtration system. When I called to have them remove the system, I got questioned about what we are going to be using and that he doesn't recommend that and we should keep the system. The guy was super pushy, so I got frustrated and hung up on him. My husband called, spoke to someone else, and got them to set up to come get their equipment. We were told they would be out today, Monday, but they never gave us a time. We don't live at the house right now, and I have a baby and a job, so dropping everything to go over there to let them in without warning isn't going to work. I called and told the guy he can come back tomorrow. He told me he can't that this is on his route. He asked if he could come by to get my house key!! Ummm, no! You are not allowed in my house, with all my things there without me there. That's not an appropriate question to ask of anyone! He began to call me a piece of work before I hung up on him. If he had called and given us a time frame, I would have been able to flex to be over there. Real professional.....
